Starting in 2014 with only 8, the Cart Girl Invitational has grown to 24 guys.
A weekend of Ryder Cup style matches and some good ol' boy antics.

Ben is married to Dez's sister... that's pretty much all I have to say. Lucky bastard.

Brett Elam, the bridge between the older crew and the younger crew, all around solid dude, golfer, and now father of two. You may have seen the jacked version of him in the Travis Mathew ads making us all think we can pull off the newest golf polos. If you haven't, I'll show you in May

Chris, AKA "stinky foot", coming all the way from down unda. As an Aussie, you get immediate satisfaction when you have the opportunity to listen to his commentary on the course. He's also got a sweet stache. I don't think he's taken off his GRTGRL hat since Evermore

Platt is basically everyone's favorite person at CGI. He gets along with everyone, always in a good mood, and knows how to get the party going with the tunes. His laugh is also loud AF.

Chris is a founding member of CGI and writing these BIOs. Propecia has been helping with the hair thickness so that's a plus. Going 0-3 last year, there's a chip on his shoulder to make it up for his team and absolutely bury Wade.

Cory is the best lefty at CGI and one of the more consistent winning players at CGI. He brings a lot of laughs and smiles to the guts table every time. Hoping he has a set of clubs that stay together this year.

Jason is someone you want on your team. His shit talking is next level and Wade is destroyed he can't have both Kileys this year... I think there are multiple people on the good guys team that are glad they don't have to play against him. He also is the 2nd best insurance salesmen in the game.

Dez is a founding member and the main reason we've been able to stay consistent for 10+ years at CGI. He's the glue, even though it might be Elmer's, that keeps a lot of us together. He's not the most patient golfer in the world but he's fun to watch. He's also got his mojo back... watch out.

Jesse is back and hasn't played but twice since last CGI. Don't let that fool you because he's got game and will give whoever Wade throws out there a run for their money. New home owner and some other exciting stuff coming soon... it's always good to have a guys weekend with major life milestones happening.

Kyle "we need this" Mills is BACK. I think there's something special going on over at HIT Promo because he's the other fan favorite at CGI. Consistent golfer, good friend to many, he's going to be a major contender for this year's MVP, whether he wins or not. Sorry about the photo... LinkedIn needs an update

Logan is the original Uncle Tio and first timer at CGI. Flying all the way in from Denver, huge pickup for CGI, energy alone. The guy has been playing a lot of golf in CO so let's see how it translates at sea level. Rookie of the Year? Maybe... we do have a few newbies this year so let's see how it shakes out.

Matt, a rockstar on and off the course. I already have a great feeling about this rookie. Overall first pick at the 2026 draft, super responsive via email, and heard nothing but good things from Miles, Dick, and Elam. I am hoping we can get a photo of this guy so we can all find him on the range before the first match

If you follow Alex on any social platforms you'll know he recently got married (looked like an epic wedding, invite must have gotten lost in the mail), plays a ton of golf, has a sick shoe collection, loves to drink good red wine, and recently started another golf tournament - how's that doing? He always makes a statement with his golf fit and he is officially a golfer to watch out for. Check his GHIN!

Bryan, an OG member of CGI and a big reason for us being able to do this for so many years. As a former CGI MVP, he knows how to win but as mentioned in years prior, the Achilles heel to his game might just be the presence of Dez. That's why Wade always gets Bryan and I always get Dez. There's always a chance Bryan goes 3-0 on the weekend so if you play against him, try harder.

Cole is someone you want to be on your team but then gets passed back and forth like a $2 hooker (his words not mine). Truly one of the more fun people to ride in the cart with, always positive, will get you more buzzed than you want, and then screws you up during the final round on the 17th hole against Cannan (sorry, I'm still reeling). I believe Cole is the ultimate bro and I'm hoping there isn't a day the guy gets married and leaves us all in the dust.

Evan is a freaking maniac. In 2025 and 2024, left after the Saturday round to go back to Tampa to party with his wife, ultimately making it back before Sunday's final round. Insane. I am pretty sure if he pulls it off this time, he is flying private. The guy is impossible to beat (from my perspective) and will need another great year for Wade to get another W.

John, aka Nips, aka Nip, is the one you know will always be there, whether he's there or not. Not sure if that makes sense but I'm pretty sure that most of the time at CGI he doesn't make sense. We love the guy and his long backswing that makes John Daly look like he's Jon Rahm. The only crappy part about Nips is that he's a Nole and I'm reminded by the only photo I have of him in my phone.

Josh, not pictured, is a CGI rookie and rumor has it, a top-tier golfer, which we need now that Sullivan isn't in the field. The hope is that he can make up for some of the lost good golf and overall personality at the guts table. We need it loud and energetic this year, bets getting higher than they've been. Looking forward to seeing if there's a ROY and MVP all in the same guy.

Where do we begin with Dickinson? He's... a lot. A lot of muscle, energy, and a lot of volume. He also plays a lot of golf and has gotten a lot better since the first CGI he played in. One of the things we love about Dick is that he showed up to a CGI weekend even though he wasn't able to play that year to hang out and play guts. Not sure what this would be without Dickson.
Editor's note: Keeping this from 2025

As stated last year, there's no verifiable photo of Kyle online, which is now starting to make me wonder... have the photos been redacted and was he on the island? I guess we will never know but what we do know is that he's another crowd favorite. There's something about being a successful adult, while being normal, resourceful, and always wanting to have fun with the guys. That's Myers!

Sorry Miles, but I love this write up from last year - Miles sounds like he looks and rounds out the real estate portfolio of the group. After joining Innisbrook, they dropped their dues 50%, resulting in them getting an earful and (hopefully) Miles getting some satisfaction. How did you end up with that whole thing? He's always the top 3 quickest members to commit to CGI and after a few years of being part of this event, genuinely has made it more exciting for us to send out the announcement for next year!

Ryan, a girl dad (the best) and absolute buzzsaw of CGI, is back on Wade's team. Doesn't bode well for the Good Guys so the hope is Wade misuses him in the match-ups. The nice part about these BIOs is that Wade has no input so I can talk all the shit I want. Ryan will always be consistent in his commitment to good golf at CGI, good times at the guts table, and taking a great photo of me spilling an entire glass of wine all over myself and the Evermore hallway floor.

Tim, the youngest of the Kiley Twin Towers, will not read this so I will copy the bio from last year. He was attacked by a giant bird in 2024, 30 minutes before the first tee time. What he got out of it - a free seltzer and now a lifetime of being afraid of birds on a golf course. The larger Kiley is always a good time and someone we all look up to, literally. We all know him well at the guts table and it's likely this year is no different.
Also, no good photo of Tim and certainly not using his college baseball photo or else we'd have to do that for everyone.

Wade is an original founding member and main staple at CGI. He now suits up every single day to go to the office, so he probably needs this weekend more than anyone. When he's not slinging software or leading a team, he's probably traveling with his wife, or taking his two dogs to a dog bar somewhere nearby. Freaking DINKs...
This year will be another one for the books and I have a feeling that Wade never wants to feel the way he did in the photo above, which is scary for the Good Guys
